Emergency First Aid/CPR – Lifesaving Skills for Work and Home

Emergency CPR Training

Emergency First Aid/CPR is one of the most useful certifications you can earn. VO2 Health Focus delivers emergency first aid courses that teach essential lifesaving skills through hands-on, easy-to-follow training. Whether for workplace requirements or personal readiness, our emergency first aid and CPR training prepares you to recognize emergencies, respond safely, and provide care until help arrives.

All programmes meet national guidelines and WSIB requirements, making them suitable for workplaces, caregivers, and individuals. As the first provider in the GTA to offer both in-class and blended emergency first aid courses, VO2 Health Focus continues to lead with bilingual instruction, small class sizes, and a learner-focused approach. Our training emphasizes real skills, practical application, and confidence—without unnecessary complexity.

We were the first in the GTA to deliver both in-class and blended First Aid/CPR training, and we remain the only provider offering courses in English, French, and Portuguese.

Why Take Emergency First Aid/CPR?

Emergencies can happen anywhere—at home, at work, or in public. When they occur, quick action can save lives. Emergency first aid and CPR training teaches you how to assess situations, call for help, and provide immediate care. These skills improve outcomes for cardiac arrest, choking, breathing emergencies, severe bleeding, and sudden medical conditions.

Our instructors use demonstrations, guided practice, and realistic scenarios to reinforce learning. Emergency first aid courses help you respond quickly and confidently when it matters most.
