CPR/AED Training – Lifesaving Skills Made Simple

First Aid And AED Training

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is one of the most valuable lifesaving skills you can learn. At VO2 Health Focus, our CPR/AED courses teach you how to recognize and respond to emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. Designed for individuals, workplaces, and everyday Canadians, our programmes focus on clear steps, practical skills, and real confidence. All courses meet provincial and WSIB requirements and follow the latest CPR and AED guidelines.

With over 25 years of experience in first aid CPR and AED safety training, VO2 Health Focus certifies more than 10,000 participants each year. Our training is hands-on, easy to follow, and focused on real-world scenarios—so you leave with practical skills, not just a certificate. Whether you choose blended learning or in-class training, your experience will be structured, supportive, and confidence-building.

Why CPR/AED Training Matters

Heart disease remains a leading health concern in Canada. Each day, approximately 148 Canadians die from cardiovascular disease or stroke. Heart disease accounts for 17.7% of all deaths nationwide and is the second leading cause of death. Many cardiac emergencies happen outside hospitals, where immediate CPR and AED use can double survival rates.

That’s why first aid CPR and AED safety training is essential. Fast action saves lives. Training teaches you how to recognize cardiac arrest, call for help, perform CPR, and use an AED with confidence. No medical background is required—these skills are for everyone. The life you save could be someone you know.
